Single Occupancy Apartments

iBC’s offering of single occupancy apartments in the East Midlands provides people with intensive support in their own homes with own front doors. The apartment model enables the people we support to benefit from their own space and person centered staff teams, whilst maintaining the opportunity to socialise and engage with peers in neighboring apartments should they wish to.

Solo Bungalows

iBC’s offering of solo bungalows in the East Midlands are offered to people with significantly complex care and support needs, who do not benefit from any shared space and require larger environments. These types of properties can be specifically sought after and developed in line with a person’s needs and presented risks, ensuring the perfect environment is achieved. iBC have the ability to extend our offering and acquire further bungalows on a referral by referral basis.
