My name is Maimuna Jarju, and I am the Registered Manager at Fordrough Cottage. I have worked in health and social care for several years and am passionate about helping people live happy, independent lives.

I believe everyone should be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. My goal is to make sure the people we support feel safe, valued, and able to make their own choices. I work closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to ensure they receive the right support to meet their needs and achieve their goals.

I am also committed to supporting my staff team. I believe that well-trained, motivated staff provide the best care, so I encourage learning, teamwork, and open communication. My aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels listened to, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
