A large ground floor residential service complex in the heart of Leicester.
Consisting of four conjoined bungalows that is accessible throughout to include hoist equipment enabling us to cater for a variety of needs. Providing specialist residential support for individuals with varying degrees of learning disability and/or PMLD.
Orchard Court fosters a nurturing and welcoming environment upon spacious grounds for the people we support.

My name is Callum Armstrong, and I've been the Registered Manager at Orchard Court for the last four years. I started here 12 years ago as a Support Worker and have been lucky to progress through different roles with the support of the organisation.
I enjoy helping both the people we support and the staff team to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. My own career journey shows that there are real opportunities to develop and grow within iBC.
One of the things I value most about working for iBC is the support available. From training and development to recruitment, occupancy, and finance, there are always teams on hand to help. It's a great place to work, and you never feel like you're facing challenges alone.
