Specialist & bespoke, 360° wraparound support.

iBC offer specialist support and bespoke accommodation to adults with complex care needs who may also present with behaviours described as challenging. We believe that everyone has the right to access tailored support and personalised environments within the community, no matter how complex their care needs may be.

iBC are passionate about breaking barriers when it comes to ensuring the choices of the people we support are at the very centre of everything we do. With creative thinking and pushing boundaries, we empower the people we support to live the life they want, to achieve the “unachievable”.

iBC don’t manage complex care needs by means of containment or institutionalisation, we strive to empower people to reach and exceed their potential, to live a life they wish. We do this by positive risk taking, meaningful engagement and never just settling for baseline.

Everything we do is based on enabling opportunity and empowerment in a community setting. Our expert support services focus on nurturing little incremental wins (always aligned to realistic goals) that result in rewarding experiences all round and big personalised progress.

The care home team is great. They’re open to input and we’re working together to help my son achieve the best he can and live his daily life as normally as possible. Nothing too ambitious; the goal is to be ‘normal’. They’re doing an excellent job – it’s the best place he’s been, in and out.
