These services offer individuals a bespoke solo tenancy in their own homes, which has been adapted to meet their specific needs. Providing a home for life in the community, to individuals with a variety of complex needs such as Learning Disabilities, Autism / ASC and associated needs such as Mental Health and challenging behaviour.

Single Occupancy Apartments
iBC’s offering of single occupancy apartments in the West Midlands provides people with theraputic support in their own homes with own front doors. The apartment model enables the people we support to benefit from their own space and person centered staff teams, whilst maintaining the opportunity to socialise and engage with peers in neighboring apartments should they wish to.
Solo Bungalows
iBC’s offering of solo bungalows in the West Midlands are offered to people with significantly complex care and support needs, who do not benefit from shared spaces and require larger environments with intensive support. These properties can be specifically sought after and developed in line with a person’s needs and presented risks, ensuring the perfect environment is designed. iBC have the ability to extend our offering and acquire further bungalows on a referral by referral basis.

Amanda brings 23 years of experience in social care, specialising in services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities. As a Registered Manager since 2012, she has successfully led various services, including residential care, supported living, and homecare.
Known for her empathetic leadership, Amanda fosters collaboration, empowers teams, and ensures high-quality care. She has extensive experience in audits, investigations, and driving continuous improvement. Amanda is committed to person-centred care and building a positive, accountable culture, consistently achieving outstanding outcomes for those she supports.
Kerry Walshe
Registered Manager

Hi, I'm Kerry, and I have worked in health and social care for over 30 years. During my career, I have worked in a variety of roles and supported people with a wide range of needs. This experience has helped me develop a strong understanding of how to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support. Although the sector has changed a lot over the years, my passion for helping people has always remained the same.
I am currently a Registered Manager, and one of the things I enjoy most about my role is that every day is different. Whether I am supporting staff, working with families and professionals, ensuring high standards of care, or helping individuals achieve their goals, there is always something new to learn and achieve.
I am passionate about creating a positive environment where both the people we support and our staff feel valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I believe in leading by example, supporting team development, and promoting independence for the people we support.
The most rewarding part of my role is seeing people grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve things they may never have thought possible. Knowing that I have made a positive difference to someone's life is what motivates me every day.
