iBC have expanded our offering of much needed homes in the community, to the North West to include Greater Manchester. These services offer individuals a bespoke solo tenancy, which has been adapted to meet their specific needs. Providing specialist support packages to individuals with a variety of complex needs such as Learning Disabilities, Autism / ASC and associated needs such as Mental Health and challenging behaviour.

Solo Bungalows

iBC’s offering of solo bungalows in the North West are offered in line with a person’s needs and presented risks, ensuring the perfect environment is designed and achieved empowering the people we support to have their own homes for life and tenancy, with the right level of care and support.
