Hi, I'm Leon, and I have worked in health and social care since 2012. I started my career as a Support Worker, supporting people to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals. In 2017, I progressed to Team Leader, where I supported staff teams and worked closely with the company's Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team.
In 2022, I became a Registered Manager and successfully led a service from an Inadequate rating to Good with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Following this, I took on the role of Peripatetic Manager, supporting services across the Midlands to improve quality, develop teams, and achieve positive outcomes.
What I enjoy most about my role is helping people overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. I am passionate about providing a professional, person-centred service and building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and partner organisations.
