Our supported living portfolio across the West Midlands, currently cover areas such as Worcestershire, Birmingham and Staffordshire. These services offer individuals a bespoke solo tenancy in their own homes, which has been adapted to meet their specific needs. Providing a home for life in the community, to individuals with a variety of complex needs such as Learning Disabilities, Autism / ASC and associated needs such as Mental Health and challenging behaviour.

Single Occupancy Apartments

iBC’s offering of single occupancy apartments in the West Midlands provides people with theraputic support in their own homes with own front doors. The apartment model enables the people we support to benefit from their own space and person centered staff teams, whilst maintaining the opportunity to socialise and engage with peers in neighboring apartments should they wish to.

Solo Bungalows

iBC’s offering of solo bungalows in the West Midlands are offered to people with significantly complex care and support needs, who do not benefit from shared spaces and require larger environments with intensive support. These properties can be specifically sought after and developed in line with a person’s needs and presented risks, ensuring the perfect environment is designed. iBC have the ability to extend our offering and acquire further bungalows on a referral by referral basis.
